About US
Paul Aggarwal - Owner of The Urban Vet
“I have been developing The Urban Vet for the past 10 years and my overriding drive is to provide the best possible care for you and your pet.
We strive to ensure that both you and your animal companions receive the finest individualised treatment and service and will work hard to ensure you see the same vet or nurse each time you visit us.
I have cherry-picked the best ideas from my experiences in both the UK and Australia to establish a progressive practice with an eye to the future.
The Urban Vet is one of very few independent veterinary practices in SW London, which allows for complete autonomy in decision making, and the ability for us to reflect on feedback given to us by our clients.
We are here for both you and your beloved pets and we will give our all to ensure that they have the best life possible!”
THE URBAN VET IS MORE THAN A VET PRACTICE, IT IS PART OF A LIVELONG MISSION TO PROTECT AND
CARE FOR ANIMALS
Our Ethos
We strive to provide the very best healthcare and service to our patients and their owners.
Transparency
We know nobody likes the unexpected. Before conducting any tests or diagnostics, we will discuss the pricing with you and ensure you know and understand all the potential options. We work with you to ensure you have the best option for both you and your pet.
Compassionate
Our service doesn’t stop when you leave the surgery, it continues until your pet has recovered. We believe it’s important to check back in on you, to see how you are coping with diagnosis and treatment plans, as with you being on board and understanding the plan, your pet will have a much better chance of recovery.
Approachable
Our vets and nurses are all experts in pet care, and will always be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Responsive
We are available by phone and email but have also invested in an app called Pets App which allows for much quicker response times than email to ensure that you are not left worrying longer than need be about your pet’s medical needs or concerns.
